Employee Minimum Wage Info 

Pursuant to Chapter 15 of the Flagstaff Municipal Code, employers are required to provide to each employee, at time of hire or by July 1, 2017, whichever is later, written notice of the employees right to earn minimum wage and the current minimum wage rate, the employee’s right to be free from retaliation, the employee’s right to file a complaint, and the contact information for the Office where questions about the rights and responsibilities under this Chapter can be answered. The notice must be posted in English and Spanish, and in any language spoken by more than 5% of the Employer’s workforce in Flagstaff.
