Pay your Municipal Services Bill online, in person, by phone, or by mail.
Make all checks payable to “City of Flagstaff.” Do not send payments by cash.

Set up autopay/bank drafting: Currently, autopay through Paymentus is not working. Please do not schedule autopay. Thank you for your understanding during our implementation process. We expect to restore this option Fall 2017.
View historical billing information: We recently transitioned to a new billing platform. Historical data is represented prior to April 1, 2016. To view your data click here
In person: Visit City Hall (211 W. Aspen) during normal business hours. Customer Service is located in the lobby to the left of the front doors. You can also use one of our drop boxes:
- Wheeler Park parking lot (across the street from City Hall)
- Exterior wall of City Hall (to the left of the main doors on Aspen Ave)
- Inside City Hall (on the wall to the right of Customer Service)
By Mail: To make a payment via the mail, please send payment to City of Flagstaff, P.O. Box 80000, Prescott, AZ 86304-80000. (This Prescott address is our payment processing center.)

The City of Flagstaff operates seven water load stations (four potable, three reclaimed). Learn more.
An account must be set up prior to prepaying online. Accounts may be set up in person, using one of our drop boxes (see above for list of locations) or by mail.
