A meeting of the Flagstaff City Council was held on September 29, 2008 convening at 5:57 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 211 West Aspen Avenue, Flagstaff, Arizona.

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Presler

Discussion of Presidio in the Pines Development Property located at Woody Mountain Road.

Consideration of Approval of Stipulated Order:  Motions for Relief from the Automatic Stay and for an Order Facilitating Infrastructure Improvements in the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases of Premiere Acquisitions, L.L.C., and Luxury Lofts, L.L.C. (U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona Case Nos. 2:08-bk-06447 and 2:08-bk-06454) concerning the Presidio in the Pines development.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Review proposed Order and determine City’s position.

The City Council reviewed the proposed Stipulated Order, received staff presentations, and took citizen input.  No action was taken.
