NOTICE AND AGENDA OF

SPECIAL TOWN HALL MEETING OF

THE FLAGSTAFF CITY COUNCIL

 

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the City Council, and the general public that the Flagstaff City Council will hold a special town hall work session to discuss community issues.  The meeting is open to the public as follows:

Sinagua High School, Commons, 3950 East Butler Avenue, Flagstaff, Arizona.

To give everyone an opportunity to speak, we ask you to observe the following:

 

 

a.

Limit your comments to three minutes so that others can participate.

 

b.

When it is your turn to speak, please speak clearly into the microphone and begin by stating your name for the record.

 

c.

If you have materials to hand out, please give it to the recording clerk.

 

d.

Political campaigning is prohibited.

 

Open Microphone/Discussion:

 

 

We invite the public to address the Council on any issue including, but not limited to:  Neighborhood or Community Concerns, Planning and Zoning, Public Services, Public Safety, Recreational and Library Facilities, Neighborhood Appearance, Access To City Government, City Budget, Quality Of Life, Beautification, Tourism, Economic Development, Law Enforcement Administrative Facility, Elections, and Ballot Questions.
