NOTICE AND AGENDA OF

SPECIAL MEETING OF

THE FLAGSTAFF CITY COUNCIL

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the City Council, and the general public that the Flagstaff City Council will hold a special work session for the purpose of conducting City Fest.  The meeting is open to the public as follows:

TIME:

4:30 P.M.

 

LOCATION:

The members of the City Council will mingle throughout the lobby at at City Hall, 211 W. Aspen Ave., Flagstaff, Arizona.

1.     Introductory Comments:

 

 

To give everyone an opportunity to speak, we ask you to observe the following:

 

 

a.

Limit your comments to three minutes so that others can participate.

 

b.

Comments must be relevant to the City budget.

 

c.

When it is your turn to speak, please speak clearly into the microphone and begin by stating your name for the record.

 

d.

If you have materials to hand out, please give it to the recording clerk.

 

e.

Political campaigning is prohibited.

 

2.      Open Microphone:

 

 

We invite the public to address the Council on any issue related to, but not limited to City Fest tables and information such as Elections, Bond Questions, Stimulus Programs, Regional Transportation and Land Use Plan, Water Development and Infrastructure, 2010 Census, Public Services, APS Franchis Renewal; and FY 2009/2010 City Budget relating to Public Safety, Recreation and Library Facilities; Neighborhoods, Access to City Government, FY2009/2010 City Budget, Quality of Life, Beautification, Tourism and Economic Development.

 

3.      Update on Local Stimulus Programs.

 

4.       Informational Items to/from Mayor, Council and City Manager.
