NOTICE AND AGENDA OF

MEETING OF

FLAGSTAFF CITY BOARD AND COMMISSION CHAIRPERSONS

 

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the general public that the chairpersons of the Airport Commission, Beautification and Public Art Commission, Disability Awareness Commission, Diversity Awareness Commission, Historic Preservation Commission, Library Board, Parks and Recreation Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission, Open Spaces Commission, Tourism Commission, Traffic Commission, Water Commission, Youth Commission will convene and hold a meeting the purpose of selecting a five citizen panel to review the City Council’s salaries.  The meeting is open to the public as follows:

12:00 NOON

 

LOCATION:

Flagstaff City Hall, 211 W. Aspen Avenue, in the Staff Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Flagstaff, Arizona.

 

 

The agenda items for the meeting are as follows:

Call to Order

Selection of Chairperson.

 

3.

Presention and Overview of City Code Section 1-07-001-0005 Regarding Salaries of the Mayor and Council

 

4.

Discussion of Process for Selection of Five-Member Panel to Review the City Council Salaries.

 

5.

Identify a List of Candidates to Serve on Five-Member Panel to Review City Council Salaries.

 

6.

Identify Next Steps, If Any.

 

7.

Adjournment.
