Recreation Services offers Scholarships, depending on availability of funding. Scholarships are for individual use and can be requested for City of Flagstaff day programs, swim lessons, ice skating lessons, and similar activities. Applicant’s household must meet income guidelines and provide City of Flagstaff residency to qualify for a scholarship. Interested applicants should complete a Recreation Scholarship Application and submit it for consideration at least five days before the beginning of the activity. Scholarships aren’t applied to the cost of training books and materials, participants pay full price for those items. Scholarships don’t apply to Contracted Instructor classes.
