Finance & Budget

Welcome to the City of Flagstaff Finance and Budget Division. 

The mission of the Finance and Budget Division is to ensure that the City of Flagstaff’s financial resources are protected through sound financial management, including allocation of resources consistent with community goals and providing timely, accurate, and reliable information that will assist in making informed decisions.

The Finance Division provides a variety of financial services to the Council and City staff.  Services include accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, grants management, payroll, accounts payable, special financial analysis and citywide switchboard operations.
