Personal Training
We have exciting news for those looking to get fit but who also want a little extra help or more specialized training.  We now offer personal training sessions with Travis Agnew.  Travis is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and conditioning Association.  From weight loss to strength training or a top level work out made just for you.  Sessions run 1 hour each.  To schedule your session call Travis at (520) 850-0967.

Zumba
