Aqua Yoga!
Aqua Yoga is a low impact and low intensity class, which focuses on building balance, strength, range of motion, core stability and coordination.  Instructor Valerie Minos.

Aqua Zumba!
Aqua Zumba is a fun cardio experience where you get to dance your heart out while getting fit.  Instructor Ren Noorda.
