What is Local Works?
Local Works is a workshop where people can design, build and create their ideas. This community workshop provides local craftsman, inventors, engineers, artists, and entrepreneurs with access to affordable design space.

What have past clinics looked like?
We try to host a Fix-it Clinic every 6 months. At the April 2016 Clinic we had 68 attendees, 88 items were brought in, 70 were fixed, and 18 were not able to be fixed. That is an 80% success rate and 70 items back in use, not in the landfill and saving community members money!

Do you have extra yarn from a crochet or knitting project?
We will be collecting partially used yarn balls to be donated and made in to hats and scarves for charity. Please drop off your extra yarn at our next Fix-it Clinic.
