Welcome
Welcome to the City of Flagstaff Purchasing Division. We welcome the interest and participation of all vendors in seeking contracts with the City of Flagstaff. This guide is designed to acquaint you with the process for procuring commodities, services and construction.
The Purchasing Division is open for business from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm in the winter, and 7:00 am - 4:00 pm in the summer, Monday through Friday with the exception of City-observed holidays. Summer hours begin the first week of May and continue through the last week of August.
Vendors hours are 10:00 am - Noon and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Wednesday and Thursday.
We recommend suppliers call for an appointment to ensure the appropriate buyer is available. For an appointment, please call (928) 779-7619.
Location & Staff
We are located in the City Hall administration building, 211 West Aspen Avenue, which is on the northwest corner of Humphrey’s and Route 66.
