Bid Postings - Overview
Welcome
Welcome to the City of Flagstaff’s Bid and Contract Opportunities page. If you are a consultant, service provider, contractor, vendor, or supplier, this is a convenient place for you to find out about current bidding and contract opportunities. For those of you who are new to this page, review the information in this section (General Overview) before you begin.

Bids Available for Download

Some bid documents are available in the Bid Postings module for downloading in PDF format using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Those bids not available for downloading contain the general information on how to attain the bid document.

The City of Flagstaff purchases and contracts for a wide variety of supplies, services, equipment, and expert assistance to provide our community a full range of municipal services and programs. In general, public works construction projects, including design consultants, are the responsibility of the Engineering and Capital Improvements Department; the Purchasing Division is responsible for centralized procurement of goods, services, technical, and maintenance services.

The City is continually seeking vendors, suppliers, and contractors who can provide quality products and services at competitive prices. This site contains bid and contract opportunities.

How to Use Bid Postings
Bid and Contract Opportunities are arranged by major category areas:
  • Alternative Project Delivery Methods
  • Commodities
  • Contractual Service
  • Public Works Construction
  • Real Estate
  • Sale of Surplus Property
  • Services
These categories are further divided into sub-categories by industry group.

Select any sub-category to view the titles of all current Bid and Contract Opportunities for that sub-category. Then select an individual title from the sub-category listing and that Bid and Contract Opportunity Listing will appear with additional information. An option to show all items is also available.

Bid Documents

It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the bid or contract document has been downloaded or otherwise obtained, including any addendum. Incomplete bids will not be accepted.

Only those changes made by the City in the form of written addendum will be accepted. Modifications made by the bidder to the terms proposed in the Notice for Bids must be clearly noted in the bid. Any changes made to the bid terms without the consent of the City may render the bid non-responsive and subject to rejection.
