File an Online Police Report
Welcome to the Flagstaff Police Department Citizens Online Police Reporting SystemFlagstaff Police Department
The Online Police Reporting System is designed to make it easier and more convenient for you to file certain police reports (indicated below) without leaving home or needing to call the Police Department.

Note: If this is an Emergency please call 9-1-1 now. If a crime is in progress or someone is hurt or threatened, please call 9-1-1 immediately.

For other non-emergency crime reports, motor vehicle accident reports, or if you would prefer to meet with an officer, please call our dispatch center at (928) 774-1414. If you experience problems filing your report online, you may contact the Records Department for assistance at (928) 214-2530.

Using this online citizen police report system allows you to submit a report immediately and print a preliminary copy of the police report for free. Please confirm the following to find out if online citizen police report filing is right for you:
  • This is not an Emergency?
  • This incident occurred within the Flagstaff Police Department City limits?
  • There are No Known suspects?
  • This did not occur on a State Freeway?
  • You have a return email address?

If you answered yes to all of the above questions, you are ready to file your report online. Please make sure to turn off your pop-up blocking software before filing the report. If you answered no to any of the questions please call (928) 774-1414 for more information.

Online Citizen Reporting System
Using the Flagstaff Police Department Police Online Citizen Reporting System you can report the following incidents (please choose one):

Upon completion of this report process you will:
  • See the words: "Your online police report has been submitted" showing that your police report is complete.
  • Be given a temporary police report case number.
  • Be able to print a preliminary copy of the police report to keep for your records.
  • Be able to purchase a completed copy of the report online at PoliceReports.us.

Please Note:
  • All cases filed using the Citizens Online Police Reporting System will be reviewed.
  • Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted.
  • Filing a false police report is a crime.
