Flagstaff
City Code is the body of local laws that governs Flagstaff. Only the City
Council can amend, delete, or add sections of Code. When changes are made,
they must be made by ordinance. The Code is updated as new laws become
effective, typically about 30 days after adoption by the City Council. If,
however, new provisions of City Code are passed with an emergency clause,
they become effective immediately upon adoption.
