Submit your rebate application and supporting materials online at Water Rebates

All rebates are on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact the Water Conservation office at 928-213-2116 or email the Rebate Program if you have questions.

Residential Toilet Rebates

  • Installation of single-flush toilets must be 1.0 gallons or less per flush 
  • Dual flush toilets do not qualify for this rebate incentive. 
  • All devices must be EPA WaterSense® certified
  • New toilets must replace an existing toilet that has a higher flush volume than the new toilet
  • You must be a current City of Flagstaff water meter customer
  • Submit all application form, receipts, photos, and documentation at Water Rebates
    • Download a toilet rebate form (PDF)
    • Forms must be filled out completely; signed and dated. (Electronic signatures are acceptable) 
    • Submit legible receipts
    • Submit clearly labeled photos of the old and new toilets, preferably in their installed locations
    • Submit photos of the date stamp inside the tank of the old toilet, or photos of the printed gallon/flush quantity on the outside porcelain near the seat cover

  • Rainwater harvesting tank(s) must have at least a 1,000-gallon capacity
  • You must be a current City of Flagstaff water metered customer
  • Submit application form, receipt(s), photos at Water Rebates

High Efficiency Aerators & Showerheads

Email the Water Rebate program if you would like to receive free high efficiency EPA WaterSense® aerators or showerheads. We have a variety of sizes and styles to meet your needs and/or aesthetic preference!
