About Fees and Charges
The goal of the City Council and the Parks and Recreation Division is to provide a first-class, full service, recreation and fitness facility to the community.
The Flagstaff Aquaplex is affordable to all citizens, while maintaining fiscal responsibility in the operations of the center.
Resident/Visitor Definition
Resident
Lives within the City of Flagstaff city limit boundaries. All residents MUST provide proof of residency.
- Example of accepted proof of residency: Drivers License
- Unaccepted proof of residency: mail with a P.O. box address.
A resident pays property taxes to the City of Flagstaff.
Visitor
Anyone not living within the City of Flagstaff city limit boundaries, or anyone unable to provide proof of residency within the City of Flagstaff city limits.
Areas outside of the City of Flagstaff city limit boundaries:
- Doney Park
- Cosnino
- Kachina Village
- Moutainaire
- Williams
- Winslow
- Leupp
- Munds Park
- Sedona
- Prescott
