Risk Management


Risk Management is responsible for control of risk and focuses on the protection of the City's human, financial, and physical assets. The protection and well being of employees and the public is of utmost priority. A variety of services are provided to City staff including:

  • Contract and policy review
  • Loss control site reviews
  • Risk assessments
  • Safety training

Human, financial and physical assets provide us with the tools to accomplish the City's mission of service to the public.

Our Mission

The mission of Risk Management is to develop and maintain an integrated multi-disciplinary program for effective management of the City's resources, assets and liabilities, to protect its employees, property and citizens, and enable the City to achieve its primary aims of enhanced quality of life and service to its citizens.
