Report a Concern

Citizen Request Tracker

CRT iPhone App The Citizen Request Tracker (CRT) module allows you to submit concerns about what is happening in the City. From reporting potholes to submitting comments to the Mayor and City Council, CRT is a great new way of communicating with your City and taking advantage of the services we provide. After submitting your concern, look for email status updates. A system of notifications is built into CRT that keeps you up-to-date on what is being done to address your issue. City staff will, unless otherwise specified, use this notification system to communicate with you about your concern.

You can also submit concerns via the free CRT iPhone app! Open the app or scan the QR code (at right) to go directly to the app in the App Store. Once you have opened the app, you will be able to choose "Flagstaff, AZ" from the list of organizations. For help downloading and using the CRT iPhone app, view the CRT tutorial PDF.

For questions or concerns relating to CRT itself, please email David Sullivan.

Public Safety Concerns

If this is an emergency, call 911 now. For other non-emergencies where you would still prefer to meet with an officer, call the dispatch center at (928) 774-1414. The Flagstaff Police Department has their own system for filing an online police report.
