NOTICE OF PROPOSED FEE INCREASE
(SOLID WASTE FEES)
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-499.15, the City of Flagstaff hereby gives notice it proposes to amend the City Code to adopt new or increased fees for solid waste collection and disposal.
Schedules of the proposed increased fees and the written report or data that supports the proposed fee increase are attached (scroll down).
The Council will consider whether to amend the City Code to adopt new or increased fees at the following date and time and location:
November 20, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.

Solid Waste fees must be approved by ordinance. A first reading of an ordinance to approve the Solid Waste fee set by Council may occur at a public meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. A final reading of the ordinance may occur on Tuesday December 4, 2018 at 6:00 p.m in Council Chambers.
The City Council may approve, disapprove or modify the proposed fees at that time.
