NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Flagstaff City Council, sitting as the Floodplain Board, will hold a Public Hearing on February 25, 2020, at 4:30 p.m. to consider a request by the property owner for a variance to the Floodplain Regulations (Ordinance 2011-11, City Code Title 12, Section 12-01-001-0007.2) to allow for the construction of an accessory building within the Regulatory Floodway on the property located at 5900 E. Old Walnut Canyon Road.  The hearing will be held in the Flagstaff City Hall Council Chambers located at 211 West Aspen Avenue, Flagstaff, Arizona.
