All City of Flagstaff non-essential facilities will operate on a two-hour delayed start on Friday, Jan. 20 due to inclement weather and poor road conditions. The City’s Public Works division has deployed all available equipment and operators during this winter snow event, with operations running 24 hours a day. First priority roadways for treatment are main arterials, major hills, downtown, school and transit routes. All other streets are considered second priority areas.
