How do I view my online earning statement?: Your online earnings statement may viewed by logging into the Flagstaff ATS website. If this is your first time logging into the ATS website, you will need to request a temporary password by emailing payroll or call 928-213-2200. You will need to provide your employee ID number or your Social Security Number.

1. How do I elect to have receive the Aline Pay Card?: To sign up for the Aline Pay Card complete the Wage Payment Election and Consent Form (PDF) and select the Aline Pay Card option.

2. How do I view my online earning statement?: Your online earnings statement may viewed by logging into the Flagstaff ATS website. 3. I need to login to ATS or Employee Self Service to view my online statement but I do not have a password. How do I get a login and password?: You will need to request a temporary password by emailing payroll or call 928-213-2200. You will need to provide your employee ID number or your Social Security Number.

4. Is my Aline card ready to use when I receive it?: No. For your protection, you will need to go to Cardholder Support website or call 877-237-4321 to activate your Aline card. You will need to choose a PIN (personal identification number) when you activate your card. By activating the Aline card, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions in the cardholder agreement.

5. Where may I use my Aline Card?: You can use your Aline Card at any merchant that welcomes Visa debit cards. Just give your Aline Card to a cashier, waiter, or attendant, and then sign or use your PIN for your purchase. If you want to get cash back, use your PIN to make a PIN-based purchase at stores that offer this service, like grocery and convenience stores. Or use your PIN at participating ATMs. You can also use the card to make purchases online, on the telephone, and by mail order.

6. Is the Aline Card a credit card?: No. The Aline Card is a prepaid Visa debit card - not a credit card. Each pay period your employer automatically loads your pay onto the card. Each time you use the card, the purchase amount is deducted from the amount of money available on the card.

7. Are there fees associated with the Aline? If so, what are they?

Free over-the-counter withdrawal from any Visa member bank.
Monthly statements online.
No monthly maintenance fee
One free lost/stolen card replacement each calendar year with regular mail ($24 if expedited).
Online bill pay service. Eliminates the need to buy cashier’s checks or money orders
Online self-service including balance inquiries, transaction history and Visa bill pay services
Point-of-sale purchases. Anytime you use your Visa debit card for point-of-sale purchase (i.e. grocery or department stores) there is no fee. You can even request cash back without fees
Text message balance alerts. Standard fees may apply from carrier
Two free internet access money transfers per month to other accounts
Unlimited ATM withdrawals from All-point logo ATM machines (fees apply if using non-All-point ATM machine)

8. What should I do if my Aline Card is lost, stolen, or damaged?: Report the loss immediately! Contact Cardholder Services at 877-ADP-4321 or access the Cardholder Support website. A new card will be sent to you. You will receive one free replacement per calendar year. A charge of $6 ($24 if expedited) will be issued for each additional replacement.

9. How can I check my balance to know exactly how much money is on my card?: You can check your current balance anytime by accessing the complimentary Cardholder Support. You can also check your balance by calling Cardholder Services at 877-ADP-4321, or at an ATM.

10. Can I transfer money from my card to my bank account?

You may request one transfer per business day from your card to a U.S. bank account via the Cardholder Support website. Allow up to 72 hours for the transfer to complete. You cannot transfer money from a bank account onto your card.

11. Can I request another Aline Card for a spouse or trusted family member?

Yes. Call 877-ADP-4321 to obtain a secondary card enrollment form. You and the secondary cardholder share the same pool of funds, so each person has full and immediate access to the joint balance of the card.

There is a $2 fee ($26 if expedited) for each secondary card issued.

12. Can I load funds from multiple employers to my Aline Card?: Yes. You can load payroll funds from multiple employers. Simply provide each employer with your card’s ABA and DDA2 routing number². You can obtain these numbers by contacting Cardholder Services at 888-516-9133.

13. Can I take the Aline Card with me if I leave my employer?: Yes. The card is yours to keep. Any employer that offers direct deposit can put your pay on your Aline Card. Simply provide each employer with your Aline Card’s ABA and DDA2 numbers. You can obtain these numbers by contacting Cardholder Services at 888-516-9133.

14. Who do I call with questions about a specific purchase or for general questions about the Aline card?: Most questions about the card and details of transactions made with the card can be answered through the Cardholder Support website. You may also contact Cardholder Services by calling 877-ADP-43211.

15. I have an odd amount remaining on my Aline card; how can I get this money?

Where a merchant that accepts Visa debit card allows, you can make a purchase for the odd amount remaining and pay the difference in cash or make a purchase for less than the odd amount and get cash back for the rest. You can also go to a Visa member bank to make an over-the-counter withdrawal with the teller.

16. Can I pay bills with my Aline card?

Yes. You can pay bills such as utilities, car insurance, and more with your Aline Card where Visa debit is accepted.
