A redesign of the City website will take place in the coming months to improve the functionality, content and design. A staff team is working on this project. However, in order to make this a high-quality, effective process we need your feedback via this survey. Q1. How often do you update your division's/section's web pages?

Q2. What, would you say, are the primary reasons that customers access your web pages?

Q3. With those reasons in mind: What new features or information would you suggest implementing for improving the quality and usefulness of your web pages?

Q4. Do you currently have an individual, or individuals, designated to provide website updates for your division/section? How many? Are they trained?

Q5. Is this work identified in their job description? If not, can it be added to their job description/evaluation?
