The Request Tracker is a tool that can be used to report your concerns to the City. It can be used to report traffic concerns, potholes, code violations, and more. A notification system is built into the tracker, updating you on what is being done to address your concern. City staff will use this notification system to update you on your request. If this is an emergency, call 911. For non-emergency public safety issues, please contact the Police Department’s non-emergency line at (928) 774-1414.
